You'll also have opportunities to upsell and promote additional services where appropriate.This is a high-energy role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who isn't afraid to take charge of customer interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in personTake and enter orders, including billing dataRecommend and sell additional products and servicesResolve complaints or escalate them when necessaryMaintain accurate records of all customer interactionsEnsure timely and effective problem resolutionPerform other related duties as assignedWho You AreConfident, assertive, and not easily pushed around by challenging customersExperienced in customer service (inside sales or phone sales experience a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office; TRUX experience preferredOrganized and efficient in a fast-paced environmentAn excellent communicator with active listening skillsProfessional, personable, and solutions-orientedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience requiredAbility to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when neededWhy Join Us?At A-John, we value our team, move quickly, and work hard to support our customers.
