Preventative Maintenance Technician

We're currently looking for a Vehicle Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician to help keep our fleet running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in doing things right, and want to be part of a team that supports one another, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Be Doing:As a PM Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations " making sure our vehicles are road-ready and safe every day. You'll perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and even assist with roadside repairs when needed.This role is physically active and hands-on, and you'll work closely with a supportive operations team that's got your back.Your Day-to-Day Might Include:Performing preventive maintenance in compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesServicing vehicles both onsite and occasionally in the fieldChecking and changing fluids, filters, brakes, and tiresInspecting and maintaining key systems: electrical, air, and brakesConducting basic repairs and routine adjustmentsKeeping maintenance records using tablets, phones, or computersJumping in on a portable unit route if needed - we're all team players hereHelping keep our shop clean and organizedWhat We're Looking For:Someone who works well independently but also thrives on teamworkA person who's comfortable in all types of weather " our work doesn't stop for a little rainGood communication skills " written and verbalA solid mechanical mindset " repair experience preferredFamiliarity with safety regulations and proceduresPreferred Experience:High School diploma (technical school or relevant certifications are a plus)2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or mechanical workASE Certification in PMI & Brakes is a big bonusCDL license a plus, but not requiredBasic computer skills and ability to use tablets and appsPhysical Requirements:This is a physically active role " you'll be moving, lifting, crouching, reaching, and on your feet for most of the day.
