Senior Sales Support Specialist

Position Description:
The Senior Sales Support Specialist supports delivery of support services to the organization's sales force to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue under limited supervision. This position maintains positive relationships with internal and external contacts to achieve customer retention by processing support service-related tasks.
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home. This position can be based out of our Lincoln, NE; Salt Lake City, UT; Costa Mesa, CA; and Fresno, CA office.

Position Location:

• This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

What you do:

• Delivers a wide range of support functions to support sales teams with internal and/or external sales partner teams including timely and accurate preparation of materials, proposals, renewals, client data, and other sales information.
• Monitor progress during the entire lifecycle of a case.
• Coordinates processes to maintain data, respond to inquiries, and deliver solutions to support the sales.
• Communicates by phone or written correspondence with potential/current customers or field partners to answer questions, resolve issues, and make recommendations.
• Maintains a broad understanding of various insurance products, their features and limitations, and policy-related statements.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

• 2-4 years related experience required
• Previous experience in insurance or sales support preferred
