Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team . The ideal candidate will be experienced in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, with a strong focus on drain clearing, drain cleaning, and leak detection in both residential and commercial settings. You will ensure optimal functionality and compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing components.
- Perform drain clearing and cleaning services efficiently using professional tools and techniques.
- Conduct leak detection to accurately identify and repair plumbing leaks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and lasting solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and prevent plumbing system failures.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and efficiently resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality plumbing services in residential and commercial environments.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Keep tools, equipment, and workspace clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber, with specialized experience in drain clearing, cleaning, and leak detection preferred.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local jurisdiction.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
