Fresh Food Team Member

Overview:

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

1. Common Areas - Clean and sanitize common areas.
2. Bakery Cleaning - Clean and sanitize bakery areas.
3. COP Tank - Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank.
4. RTE Production Lines - Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines.
5. Fryer Filtering - Filter fryer.
6. Fryer Boilout - Boil out the fryer.
7. Production areas - Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.)

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• No experience required
• Cleaning or sanitation experience preferred

• None required
