Restoration Technician $14 - $18 hr DOE Varies Temp to Perm

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the salary range for this position is $29,120 to $37,440, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
What Matters Most

- Schedule: Varies based on emergency jobs and job site needs
- Location: Travel required within territory (company vehicle provided)
- Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency property damage caused by water, fire, and mold. This includes inspecting sites, performing remediation and demolition work, and operating safely and efficiently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for water, fire, and/or mold damage
- Assess damage to determine appropriate response and work scope
- Perform water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning
- Execute mold/mildew remediation, deodorization, and decontamination
- Demolish and remove damaged materials including drywall, framing, and plumbing
- Operate a company vehicle to travel to and from job sites
- Use hand tools and restoration equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in Restoration preferred
- Experience in construction, maintenance, or related field
- Proficient with hand tools
- Requires light to medium labor; must be able to lift 25-50 lbs consecutively
- Able to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and move furniture
- Must have a smartphone and ability to use two work-related apps
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Eligible to legally work in the United States
- $14 - $18/ hr depending on experience
