Job Description
Join a respected, growth-focused manufacturer as a Liquid Packaging Machine Operator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe production of packaged liquid goods. In this hands-on position, you ll operate specialized equipment, perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot mechanical issues. You ll also ensure packaging standards are consistently met while maintaining proper documentation. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive team and develop new skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor high-speed liquid packaging machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and thorough sanitation to maintain product safety and cleanliness
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to resolve performance issues and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and quality checks
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to escalate and resolve equipment or product concerns

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, and quality/safety regulations
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $35,360 $36,400, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
