Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing Proven experience in surgical settings, with familiarity in general surgery procedures Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment and adapt to changing priorities Nice to Have Skills

Experience assisting in Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Urology, ENT surgeries Knowledge of surgical protocols and safety procedures Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred Education and Experience

Master's degree in Nursing (for NP) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program Minimum of 2+ years of surgical support experience, ideally in a hospital setting Certification such as NCCPA for PAs or APRN certification for NPs Other Requirements

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am 4:30 pm, with potential rotating weekends Willingness to support cases that occasionally run beyond normal hours (up to 7 pm) Commitment to maintaining relevant licensure, certifications, and continuing education Travel or licensing reimbursements where applicable Bring your skills and passion to a supportive team dedicated to your professional growth and success.
