New and follow-up visits, writing treatment orders, covering the infusion space Potential hospital coverage may be required Average patients per day

4 new patient consults, 12-14 follow-up patients Age range of patient population

18+ EMR

EPIC Support Staff

RN Navigators, RN Infusion Suite, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, Check-in/Check-out support team, referral coordinators, Pharmacists Work Setting

Clinic - Center-Based, with potential travel to 2 sites (rare) Requirements

Required Certifications

Board Hematology; Board Oncology Ability to be Nevada Licensed CSA, DEA certifications Preferred

Strong ambulatory experience, EPIC Beacon experience Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
