Locums, Inc. is seeking Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physicians for full-time Adult Primary care services in the Chinle Healthcare Facility in Chinle, AZ.

Assignment will be for 1 month with extensions available.

Any valid state or Federal license acceptable.

About the Opportunity:- Period of Performance is approx. 7/1/21 to 8/1/21 w/ extensions to 12/30/21 available- 8am 5pm shifts, M-F w/ weeknight and weekend on-call time rotated among staff- Estimated 3 patients/hour- Provide local populace with primary health care addressing chronic preventative medicine issues. - Located near the Canyon de Chelly National Monument.

Requirements:- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine- Active and unrestricted DEA- Active BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications mandatory- Full vaccinations and immunizations- 3 References- Able to commit to a month-long assignment
