Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal

This position will prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. It will also occasionally assist with motions, responses, or other pleadings in bankruptcy court. We have a fun, friendly, and flexible work environment. Come join us! Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems * Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized, so all documents are readily accessible * Prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, and statements * Draft motions, responses, and other legal pleadings * Assist attorneys as needed with case issues Qualifications: * 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting * Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills * Knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs * Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required About Company Neeley Law is Arizona's premier consumer bankruptcy and family law firm.
