Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional with strong TUPE expertise and multi-site experience?

Our client is a forward-thinking organisation that prides itself on making a real difference every day.They’re looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team, focusing on managing complex people matters and fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture across multiple locations.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of ER strategy, partner closely with managers, and influence how employee relations is delivered across the business.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers across multiple sites, providing expert guidance on all employee relations mattersLead and manage complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issuesTake ownership of TUPE transfers (in and out), ensuring smooth, compliant, and well-communicated processesCoach and support line managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER issues effectivelyEnsure all ER activity is compliant with current employment legislation and internal policiesAnalyse ER trends (e.g., absence, attrition, case volumes) to identify risks and recommend proactive solutionsContribute to the development and continuous improvement of ER policies, procedures, and frameworksPromote a positive employee experience and support initiatives that drive engagement and retentionTravel regularly across multiple sites to provide hands-on, visible supportPerson RequirementsProven experience in an Employee Relations-focused role within a fast-paced, multi-site environmentStrong TUPE experience with the ability to manage end-to-end transfer processesIn-depth knowledge of employment law and ER best practiceDemonstrated experience handling complex and high-volume ER caseworkConfident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholdersStrong coaching skills with a focus on developing line manager capabilityProactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for creating fair and positive workplace outcomesHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyIf this sounds like the right fit for your next career move, I’d love to speak with you!Or click “Apply Now” to be considered for this vacancy.The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
