Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

A hospital just outside of  West  Des Moines, Iowa  is seeking a full-time Family  Nurse Practitioner  to join their growing Primary Care  team!

• Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats diseases and adverse health conditions. Order and evaluate diagnostic testing. Identify proper diagnosis and create appropriate plan of care. Patient education regarding treatments, procedures, tests and their subsequent results.
  

The Family Nurse Practitioner Minimum  Qualifications:

• Preferred one year experience in primary care
  
• Current, active, and unrestricted Physician’s Assistant Board Certification OR ARNP license in the State of Iowa with appropriate certifications as necessary by licensing boards.
  
• Current prescriptive authority in the State of Iowa including DEA Registration
  
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
