Compensation & Schedule
• $25–$31 per hour depending on experience
• Part time 10–30 hours per week based on roles
• W2
• Paid semi-monthly on the 15th and 30th

ROLE IMPACT
Join a mission-driven educational team shaping the academic experience of K–6th grade students through immersive Spanish language instruction and, where applicable, foundational music education. This part-time position supports flexible scheduling while providing direct impact in core enrichment areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver engaging Spanish instruction across K–6th grade classrooms
• Lead general music classes if qualified, using rhythm, movement, and song to support development
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment and differentiated learning
• Maintain consistent communication with school staff and families
• Contribute to school enrichment planning and student-centered programming

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related subject area
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience working with elementary-age students
• Must meet physical demands including standing for extended periods and classroom setup

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Google Classroom or similar LMS (training available)
• Basic music instruction materials (if applicable)
• Communication tools such as email and video conferencing
• Attendance and grade tracking systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience teaching music or leading group activities
• Flexibility to work 10 or 30 hours depending on need
• Willingness to pursue teaching certification (triggers 5% raise upon completion)
