Job Title: National Account Executive

Location: Carrollton, TX, Hybrid with Travel

Pay Rate: $100K to $150K BOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

· Manage multiple client accounts and projects with effective time management.

· Develop and execute customized marketing strategies to support national growth objectives.

· Represent the company at key national events such as trade shows, golf tournaments, and networking functions, promoting our brand and services.

· Serve as the liaison and partner to develop pricing strategies and negotiate job scopes and contracts.

· Act as the primary point of contact for national clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

· Monitor and analyze customer trends to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.

· Drive lead generation and promote all verticals and service lines to a national client base.

Qualifications:

· 3–5 years of experience in executive-level construction service sales or marketing within the multifamily, college campus or hospitality industry .

· Proven track record of client development and account management success.

· Strong network and existing book of business in multifamily, hospitality, or renovation construction.

· Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently (20%+ overnight travel required).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM experience preferred.

· Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
