Registered Nurse – Relocation to Anchorage, AK

Rural outpatient clinic several hundred miles west of Anchorage, AK  seeking a permanent, full-time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join their team!

Sign-on bonus of $30,000! - 3 year commitment

Relocation assistance of $15,000-$20,000

7-9% retention bonus, student loan repayment options, and 30 days of temporary housing.

Compensation: $45-$55 Hourly, DOE

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse  Job Summary:

• Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  
• Is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other healthcare professional to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient care and to achieve the best possible patient outcome.
  
• Serves as a resource person when the situation requires. Applies age specific considerations and cultural diversity when rendering patient care.
  
• Is responsible for care of all patients from birth to elderly
  
• Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is a full-time permanent position
  
• Schedule is 7 on 7 off. 12 hour shifts. 7am-7pm OR 7pm -7am
  
• Supervise Psychiatric Technicians on duty

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
  
• Preferred one year experience in health care setting as a Registered Nurse
  
• BSN preferred or ASN
  
• The successful candidate will be required to pass and maintain competencies for this position
