Location: Remote - Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX Opportunity The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing showroom sales and managing the sales team within their designated territory. This role involves leading rep agencies, providing training, mentoring, and development to ensure reps achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities include managing account relations, trade professional outreach, event creation, and new product introductions. Responsible for creating a strategic plan across the showroom and builder channels to achieve regional sales goals and additionally collaborates with the Regional Project Sales Manager to drive project sales. This position is crucial for driving sales success and ensuring the growth and development of the sales team within the region. Specific Responsibilities
