IR CV and Neuro experience as well as vascular and body cases. Prefer at least 3 years IR experience.
 

--Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
ARRT required, ASRT required, BLS required, and IN State license required.
 

-- Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required?  If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 
Able to work 40 hours plus call.
 

-- Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
