Job Summary:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN-ER) provides high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic emergency department setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients experiencing a wide range of medical conditions and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
Assess patients’ conditions and triage based on severity.
Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine, trauma care, and rapid assessment.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Proficient in use of EMR systems like Epic etc.

Auto offer BLS, ACLS, PALS required. Local accepted and having a radius rule under 60 mile. Hourly rate: $ 55/hour Gross total pay: $ 1,980/wk for the 36 hour.
