REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Prior experience with vehicle titles or as a Title Clerk

• Inventory experience

• Strong administrative background with office operations knowledge

• High attention to detail and organizational accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior dealership or automotive industry experience

• Knowledge of Texas state title laws

• Familiarity with wholesale/retail title workflows

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17/hr
• Schedule: Flexible for Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM
• Temporary-to-Hire, W2
• Start Date: July 2025
• Onsite

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports critical inventory and compliance operations by ensuring all vehicle title documentation is processed accurately and in accordance with state regulations. Success is defined by meticulous attention to detail, timely processing, and regulatory adherence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process retail and wholesale vehicle titles, ensuring full legal compliance

• Conduct quality control reviews of all title documentation for accuracy

• Verify state-specific title requirements and confirm document acceptability

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure inventory accuracy and document flow

• Maintain clear records and tracking for all processed titles

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• State title processing systems

• Internal inventory tracking platforms
