Job Title: RN Home Care
Location: Birmingham, AL
Shift: Days (5 x 8hrs)
Weekly Hours: 40 Hrs
Mileage reimbursement of 36 cents per mile for hospice home visits

13 weeks
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On call info: On call required if requested
Travel Area: Jefferson County
Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours
Productivity Units: 28 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required; Wound Vac, Infusion, Catheter

This will be for the east side of Birmingham, AL coverage area.

Requirements

BLS through AHA only
2 Years of experience as an RN Home Health Nurse
Active Alabama or compact RN State License
HCHB & Oasis EMR Experience Required
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
