PS Companies is seeking an experienced Cardiac PCU RN for an opening based in Newburgh, IN. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position.

CANDIDATES MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PRE/POST CATH LAB/EP PROCEDURES, PACU RECOVERY, CARDIAC SURGERY ADMISSIONS

Float Requirements: float to other cardiac, stepdown, or tele units and may float between Midtown, Gateway, and Heart Hospital, but cross campus mid-shifting floating is rare. Frequency of floating: nights, at least once a week.

Required Skillset: Start IV’s, radial artery sheath removal, TR bands, arterial line management, manage/titrate cardiac drips, cardioversions, Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation

*** Teaching hospital, may require precepting of students & new-hires ***

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Active IN RN License.
2 years Cardiac experience
Travel experience
Trauma Level II experience
Epic experience
Cupid experience preferred
BLS (AHA) Certification
ACLS (AHA) Certification
NIHSS Certification
Ability to clear a drug screen/background check.
