We are looking for a candidate with the following experience: 

Prior experience in Human Resources within a healthcare setting.

Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.

Must possess leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. 

Proven ability to multitask.

Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines about employment law, wage, and hour rules, labor relations, OSHA, Privacy Act, etc.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required
