REQUIREMENTS: IEMA (State License), ARRT (Radiology Tech License) BLS or CPR
Orthopedic team that does x-rays on most patients and additionally we have GI, Family Practice, General Surgery and ENT at this location

WILL WORK AT: Advent Health Medical Group Multispecialty Clinic in Carol Stream
SHIFT/HOURS: Eight hours daily - Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch break

ON-CALL/HRS: NO
LICENSE: IL
