Seeking a Critical Care ECMO RN Specialist for night shift coverage in a high-acuity unit. This role is not a standard ICU RN position and requires hands-on ECMO experience and formal training. The RN will manage ECMO systems and care for patients undergoing advanced extracorporeal life support.

Duties include:

• Full ECMO circuit management (VV/VA)
• Troubleshooting mechanical and medical emergencies
• Supporting cardiac devices including CRRT, Impella, and IABP
• Caring for post-cardiac surgery patients
• Collaborating closely with ECMO-trained physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Ax
