Remote (UK) A large UK organisation delivering training and apprenticeship programmes is looking for a Senior BI & Insight Analyst to join its growing Data & Automation team.

This role sits within a small but high-impact data team and will focus on delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, supporting stakeholders across the organisation with actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the businessWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutionsManage BI support requests including troubleshooting reports, managing access, and maintaining dashboardsSupport data modelling, reporting structures, and data quality improvementsDeliver insights across areas such as sales performance, operational delivery, and business performanceContribute to wider data platform and automation initiativesRequirementsStrong Power BI experienceStrong SQL skillsExperience with data modelling and DAXExperience with ETL processes or data pipelinesFamiliarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)Comfortable working end-to-end from requirements gathering to insight deliveryYou’ll be joining a team playing a key role in building a modern, unified data platform, helping the organisation move towards more automated decision-making and stronger business insight.Interview Process1st Interview
