Project Manager-Industrial Construction

About the Company:

100+ year old company that is employee owned and focuses on mechanical and industrial construction, including process piping, high purity, industrial, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, and engineering.

About the Position:

Project Managers provide leadership to the project teams and direct the overall success of the project from initial estimating through completion. Projects would be based in the industrial space, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, etc.

Requirements:

• BS in construction or engineering desired, but a strong career in building and understanding industrial construction concepts.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience working on mechanical projects.
• Successful history of utilizing innovative and effective management techniques, maximizing team performance and company profitability.
