What You'll Do
As a Heat Treat Operator you'll be part of our team located in Brea, CA. You'll get to:

• Operate and control various types of machinery and equipment, such as cranes, to perform specific tasks
• Fabricate and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure accuracy of measurements
• Perform quality inspections to identify any defects or issues in the production process
• Utilize hand tools and tooling to complete tasks efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand the requirements of each project

• Previous experience operating machinery or heat treat equipment is preferred
• A minimum of 1-3 years related industrial machine shop experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Proficient in using hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks
