SUMMARY OF JOB:

Responsible for coordinating 24-hour coverage for the nursing department. Working with the management team to organize and prepare work schedules for employees to ensure the appropriate amount of staff is available for each work shift.  Staffing coordinator ensures staffing complies with facility standards as well as all state or federal requirement.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of staffing requirement preferred
• Excellent communications skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment at times.
