Job Description

In this role, you will use your combined experience performing administrative and/or customer service duties in a healthcare office environment to work directly with our patients in need of healthcare financial assistance. You're primary duty will be to help our patients understand the out of pocket cost for their healthcare services and connect them with sources of financial assistance.

*Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must complete CHAA within 2 years
*Experience Required*
* 5 years’ experience performing administrative and customer service duties, with 2 of those years performing duties such as scheduling, patient registration, health information management OR demonstrated proficiency screening patients for insurance and alternate resources.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.53 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
