Sous Chef

Defined Hospitality is looking for a Sous Chef for our newest restaurant Picnic! Our kitchen features a wood fired rotisserie, live fire hearth and locally sourced oyster program. Our food is deceptively simple, thoughtfully sourced and driven by modern technique.
