We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Executive Chef to oversee back-of-house operations for a vibrant, multi-outlet hospitality concept in NYC.
Executive Chef Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain menu consistency across all outlets
- Manage scheduling, approve payroll, and oversee staff training programs
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and full compliance with DOH standards
- Conduct accurate inventory management, oversee food ordering, and control costs
- Conduct performance reviews and promote a culture of accountability and growth
Executive Chef Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior CDC in a multi-unit environment
- Extensive knowledge of ingredients, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and kitchen management software
- Demonstrated success in managing food costs and improving operational efficiencies
Executive Chef Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary: $120K–$130K
