Job Description

Looking for experienced Chef de cuisine to lead our culinary team. Our culinary philosophy revolves around using the finest, quality ingredients available. We are a very busy high volume established Times Square restaurant with a loyal following.

Experience:

  • 7 years of culinary experience in fine dining and high volume restaurant
  • NYC food handlers certificate a must
  • Ability to manage a team of 15-20 kitchen staff members
  • Spanish language is strongly preferred
  • Computer proficient
  • Budgeting skills to control costs
  • Experience ordering all supplies
  • Incredible food preparation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Experience expediting extreme rush/ busy time
  • Present specials and update current menu 
  • Working directly with the owner and FOH management team
