Front of House Staff

Compensation: $11/hour + Tips
Reports to: General Manager

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Bussers and Food Runners to join our growing restaurant group in the Lower East Side . This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a passionate team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Support Exceptional Service: Assist servers and front-of-house staff to ensure timely, seamless service throughout each shift. Maintain a guest-first mentality at all times.

Run Food with Care: Deliver dishes to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring proper plate placement and knowledge of menu items when needed.

Clear & Reset Tables: Keep tables and surrounding areas clean and reset efficiently to ensure quick table turnover during busy shifts.

Communicate with the Team: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth operations and fast, friendly service.

Maintain Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in all guest areas including the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.

Stay Ready: Remain attentive and proactive throughout service—anticipating team and guest needs without being asked.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

• Team Player: A collaborative spirit who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

• Strong Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and always ready to jump in wherever needed.

• Positive Attitude: Friendly, professional, and focused on creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

• Flexible Availability: Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
