Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven General Manager with a strong background in leading and developing a passionate team while overseeing a thriving food and beverage operation. The ideal candidate will ensure that both service and culinary experiences meet the highest standards, all while maintaining an atmosphere of grace, integrity, and hospitality.
The position offers an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, along with bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and various other company perks.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in management, with a recent background in a senior-level leadership position.
Minimum of 2 years managing full restaurant P&L, with a demonstrated ability to handle cost control, labor management, and achieve profitability goals.
Proven track record in hiring, training, and retaining a diverse and high-performing hourly team.
Extensive experience in leading and mentoring a team of 5 or more salaried managers.
A strong focus on driving operational success while maintaining exceptional service and hospitality standards.
