About the Role:
Quince & Co is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for Tusk Events , our dynamic events division. This is a multi-unit, multi-faceted role with responsibilities spanning in-house events at Officina and a wide array of off-site dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all culinary operations for Tusk Events
Collaborate with the Quince culinary team to develop and execute high-caliber menus
Oversee execution of dinners at Officina and various off-site venues
Maintain the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and service
Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff
Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, sourcing, and inventory
5+ years of experience in fine dining, ideally within Michelin-starred or similar high-end environments
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong creative and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
Competitive salary: $150,000/year, negotiable depending on experience
