Front of House Manager

Jame is Jackson and Melissa Kalb’s first restaurant located in El Segundo.  It is a neighborhood staple known for friendly service, homemade pastas, and innovative cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations
• Hire, train, and develop new hires
• Provide direct and non bias feedback
• Department management 
• Implement new HR, IT, and payroll systems
• Teach and learn one new skill everyday
• Grow the business by 1% everyday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Strong leadership skills

Salary DOE, $75,000-$90,000
