Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to drive culinary excellence across a full-service restaurant and multiple high-volume catering outlets, including group dining and rooftop events.
What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across three kitchens in a four-story venue
Oversee recipe development, inventory, ordering, payroll, and scheduling
Manage food and labor costs through systems like Compeat and Salesforce
Develop menus with creative control over a la carte and banquet offerings
Supervise and mentor a diverse culinary team with performance evaluations and training
Ensure consistent quality and sanitation standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Executive Chef or senior leadership role
Proven experience in both restaurant and catering environments
Deep knowledge of French Cuisine
Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership
Spanish speaking a plus
Ability to bring a trusted sous chef is welcomed
