Private Events Kitchen Supervisor

As a Kitchen Supervisor, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to; Ordering & Receiving Food Orders, Training Kitchen Staff, Supervising Cooks, Cleanliness & Sanitation of Kitchen to Chicago Health Regulations, Offsite Events including set up & execution, Catering Prep,  Monthly Catering Inventory, On-Site Private Events, Cook Shifts, Developing Honey Butter Beach Club and delivering an elevated dining experience.

You must hold a valid Illinois Food Handler's Manager Certificate   for this position as well as  On & Off Site BASSET.   Primary duties of this role include interacting with guests, providing high-quality food promptly, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and working well with the rest of the SPF team.  You will report directly to the Kitchen Supervisor at SPF as well as the management team.  

You will also be eligible for Event Service Charges on a performance basis. Payment is made weekly by direct deposit or physical check.  Additionally, you are eligible for Full Medical Benefits   including Medical, Dental & Vision. 
Supervisors' Paid Time Off accrues. They may take   twelve (12) working days of PTO per calendar year   to rest and recharge.
