Seeking kitchen manager for fast paced kitchen
We are a successful family-owned restaurant operating on South Street for nearly 50 years. We are seeking a new lead for our culinary team under the tutelage of our executive chef. The responsibilities include the following:
-Executing the chef's menus
-Creating weekly specials
-Leading the entire kitchen crew and training new employees/new tasks
-Delegating tasks to the staff and keeping them accountable for good quality prep/work
-Ordering and keeping contact with sales reps
-Maintaining the integrity and quality of the food
