Folia , the newest fine dining concept from Chef Charlie Palmer , is set to open in the heart of Healdsburg . Rooted in the terroir of Sonoma, Folia is more than a restaurant—it’s a destination where world-class hospitality meets the rhythm of the land. With a working farm and estate vineyard on property , Folia will deliver an ingredient-driven, elevated experience that evolves with the seasons.

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of this landmark restaurant.

About the Role

As General Manager , you will be the steward of Folia’s guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence. You’ll work in close partnership with Chef Charlie Palmer and the executive leadership team to bring the restaurant’s vision to life—creating a service culture that reflects precision, warmth, and world-class standards .

This is a rare opportunity to lead the launch of a flagship property , with room for advancement as the Folia brand grows rapidly across new projects .

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A seasoned hospitality leader with extensive front-of-house experience

• Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in fine dining restaurants

• Michelin-star or Relais & Châteaux background strongly preferred

• A leadership style that blends rigor, empathy, and professionalism

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and inspire high-performance teams

• Deep understanding of wine service, culinary culture, and refined guest relations

• Comfort working in an evolving environment with a new brand
