What You’ll Do

• Run tight, polished service with real warmth

• Know the menu, speak to the food, and guide the experience

• Work in sync with bar, expo, and FOH — no silos, no egos

• Elevate every shift with attention to detail and hustle

• 2+ years in upscale or chef-driven restaurants

• Confident with food, wine, and craft cocktails

• Cool under pressure, sharp with timing
