Job Summary : As a Nurse Outcomes Leader (NOL) at Sinai Hospital, works at the microsystem (unit) level to assure processes are in place for achieving targeted outcomes that optimize care delivery. Provides a direct focus on improving core measure compliance, preventing never events and achieving zero defect goals. Analyzes, synthesizes, translates, and applies new evidence to promote contemporary practice within the designated unit.

Requirements :

• Master’s degree required 
• CNL certification preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience required
• Must have recent Adult Acute Care experience
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• American Heart Association ACLS Certification
