Job Description & Requirements

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Emergency Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Falmouth, MA.
Job Function:
~ Night Shift.
~3x12: 7pm - 7am.
~ Responsible for managing the care of adult and/or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.
~ Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience.
~ Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.
~ Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.
Job Requirements:
~ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
~ Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
~2 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN required.
~ BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association required.
