About the Position:
We are working with a preeminent international law firm that has an immediate need for a litigation attorney to join its Los Angeles office as a Senior Associate or Counsel (depending on experience level). This highly-regarded practice works on some of the most prominent sexual misconduct, employment, and personal injury cases in California and has extensive experience defending class action lawsuits in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare in-depth investigations, including effective case evaluation and negotiation
· Participate in all aspects of litigation – from pretrial to trial
· Prepare pleadings, briefs and other litigation documents
· Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of insurance defense trial work
· Experience with cases involving personal injury, employment, wrongful death, property damage, premises liability, and/or product liability
