Global Tax Director

A global investment and transformation company is looking for a great tax leader to build a team and internal process. The ideal candidate will have 12-25 years of experience in both public and private tax accounting with experience in Partnership, International, Management Company, and corporate tax.

The role will include process improvement work and tax technology experience. This is a role with a lot of growth and autonomy.

Your Profile:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in global tax leadership roles within venture capital, private equity, and/or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Taxation and/or CPA strongly preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of partnership and corporate taxation, with a strong technical foundation, including global tax structuring, compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Proficiency with tax technology tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI, Sigma).
