Base pay range

$165,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Commercial banking client is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the launch, growth, and optimization of the bank's digital private banking business. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing a premier digital experience tailored to affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) clients, ensuring a seamless blend of digital convenience and high-touch relationship banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for launching the bank's digital private banking business, ensuring it meets the high expectations of affluent and HNW clients.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital adoption, client satisfaction, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for digital private banking services, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish digital infrastructure, including seamless account management, high-touch client servicing, and digital concierge capabilities.
• Drive digital adoption while ensuring digital channels enhance—not replace—personalized relationship management.
