Complex Litigation Associate AttorneyLos Angeles 278o

A leading defense litigation firm based in Illinois with offices throughout the United States is looking to add a Complex Litigation Attorney to join its growing legal group.

Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
2. Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and Partners.
3. Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
4. Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a JD from an accredited law school.
2. Must have 2+ years of experience in defense litigation.
3. Admitted to practice in California.
4. Experience with personal injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil Litigation Matters preferred.
5. Client-facing experience preferred.
6. Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Legal project management experience is helpful.
8. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
