EisnerAmper is seeking a Director, Workday Financials & HCM Practice. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Workday Financials (FINS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing project execution, and fostering strong client relationships.
As the practice leader, you will be responsible for business development, client engagement, solution delivery, and team building. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive sales efforts, establish implementation best practices, and scale the practice to meet market demands.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Workday FINS and HCM practice and enhance service quality.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials (FINS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
- Serve as the primary client advisor, ensuring strong relationships and successful project delivery.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and achieving consulting revenue targets.
- Mentor and lead consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to strengthen Workday expertise.
- Stay updated on Workday innovations and industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in ERP/Workday consulting, including sales, implementation, and practice leadership.
- Workday certification(s) in Financials and/or HCM is required.
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Proven experience leading multiple Workday FINS and HCM implementations with successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
