A rapidly growing, established national litigation firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney with 15+ years of mass tort/product liability defense litigation. The preferred candidate will have experience working on asbestos and/or silicosis related cases. Experience managing trial teams is a must. Licensure in California is required.
This position is currently fully remote except for court appearances, depositions, and mediations. Excellent opportunity to work on trial set in 2025 and 2026!
Competitive salary between $200k - 300k commensurate with years and depth of experience + quarterly attorney bonus potential for billable hours + excellent benefit package.
